Returns & Refunds Policy

At STRVNG, we are committed to delivering high-quality activewear that empowers your lifestyle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy is aligned with the values and standards of premium activewear brands, offering both flexibility and fairness.

1. Returns

We accept returns on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns on items marked as sale, underwear, or worn products for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to change the size or color of an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@strvng.fit with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@strvng.fit. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a prepaid return label if needed.
