Returns & Refunds Policy

At STRVNG, we are committed to creating high-quality activewear designed for strength, movement, and confidence. If your purchase is not quite right, our returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with premium activewear standards.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and items that have been worn are not eligible for return.
Items marked Final Sale are also not eligible for return.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@strvng.fit with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as STRVNG cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@strvng.fit within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue promptly and may provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.

STRVNG is designed for movement and made to last.
