At STRVNG, we are committed to creating high-quality activewear that supports strength, movement, and confidence. If your purchase is not quite right, our returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with premium activewear standards.
1. Returns
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition, with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on sale items, underwear, or worn products.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@strvng.fit with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@strvng.fit within 7 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue promptly and may provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.
STRVNG is designed for movement and made to last.
