A name that reflects what movement can help us feel—in our bodies and in ourselves.
I’m Xijia—a mother, entrepreneur and the founder of STRVNG.
After years of building businesses and caring for family, strength training gave me something I hadn’t realised I needed: time that belonged to me.
As I grew stronger, I wanted more colour in my wardrobe. Pieces that felt comfortable, looked considered and expressed how I wanted to feel.
That was the beginning of STRVNG.
From Black to Colour
For years, black activewear was my automatic choice. Familiar, easy and safe.
Colour became a small way of doing things differently. A little more energy. A little more self-expression. The confidence to be seen.

My background in international business and supply chains shapes how I approach the brand: paying attention to the product, the details and the price.
