Designed for studio-to-street performance with a second-skin feel. Use the UK-centric chart below, then toggle units if you prefer inches. For a sculpted look, choose your usual size; for a relaxed feel, consider one size up.

 

Tip: Measure in underwear or light layers, standing tall with feet together.

Measure snugly around the ribcage, directly under the bust.

Cup volume scales with alpha size in STRVNG styles. For fuller cups, size up the alpha (e.g., S → M) for comfort.

Compression Guide

STRVNG leggings are designed with performance stretch fabrics that sculpt and support the body while allowing full freedom of movement.

Sculpt (High Compression)
Maximum hold and sculpting support for training and high-intensity workouts.
May feel firm on first wear.

Flow (Light–Medium Compression)
Soft stretch fabrics designed for studio movement and everyday wear.

Includes: Flow Leggings, Flare Leggings, Seamless Leggings
Fit: Size down for a more sculpted fit


If you prefer a relaxed feel, choose your usual size.
If you prefer a more sculpted fit, follow the fit recommendations above.

Between sizes? Prefer sculpted? stay true to size. Prefer comfort? size up.

How to Measure

  1. Bust: Tape around the fullest part, arms relaxed.
  2. Waist: Natural waist (just above navel), do not suck in.
  3. Hips: Widest point of seat, feet together.
  4. Inside Leg: Top of inner thigh to ankle bone.

Measure close to skin, not tight. If measurements span two sizes, your fit preference and fabric compression should guide you.

How It Should Feel

  • Second-skin: close to body, no pinching; seams lay flat.
  • No sheen test: if fabric shines when static, you may need one size up.
  • Break-in: compression softens slightly after 1–2 wears.

  • Flow Leggings – Soft stretch fabric, size down for a more sculpted fit.

  • Flare Leggings – Studio-to-street comfort, size down for a sculpted fit.

  • Seamless Leggings – High stretch knit, size down for a sculpted fit.

  • Second-skin tees: true to size.
  • Zip tops with built-in bra: choose by bust; size up for bigger cups or broader shoulders.
  • Layering pieces: true to size for a sleek line; size up for relaxed drape.
