Washing & Care Guide

At STRVNG.fit, every piece is crafted from high-performance fabrics engineered with a high proportion of Spandex / Lycra to deliver exceptional stretch, sculpting fit, and long-lasting comfort. To preserve the integrity, performance, and luxury feel of your activewear, we recommend the following care:

Washing Instructions

  • Cold Hand Wash is preferred for maximum longevity.

  • Alternatively, use your machine’s delicate cycle with a 400 spin setting.

  • After the first wash cycle, we recommend an additional spin at 400 to gently remove excess water.

Drying Instructions

  • Always hang dry naturally.

  • Avoid tumble drying, direct sunlight, or high heat, as these may compromise the elasticity and finish of the fabric.

Smart Wear, Less Wash

Our high-tech fabric technology features built-in odour absorption and sweat-wicking performance, meaning you don’t need to wash after every use.

  • We recommend washing only after 2–3 wears to maintain the garment’s original quality and extend its life cycle.

Additional Care Tips

  • Wash dark and light colours separately.

  • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
