The STRVNG fit guide · UK

Find your fit.

Comfort starts with the right fit. Begin with your body measurements, then choose the feel that suits you and your style.

01 / Your starting point

Women’s clothing

Find your STRVNG size using the UK reference and your bust, waist and hip measurements.

Swipe to see all measurements →

These are body-measurement fit ranges, not garment measurements. UK sizes are a starting point; check the style notes below. Inside-leg ranges are retained from our existing guide; individual garment lengths may vary.

02 / Close to you

Sports bras & support tops

Measure around your ribcage directly beneath your bust, with the tape level and comfortably snug. Use your bust measurement above alongside this underbust guide.

Underbust	Recommended Band	Alpha Size
68–73 cm26.8–28.7 in	30–32	XS
73–78 cm28.7–30.7 in	32–34	S
78–83 cm30.7–32.7 in	34–36	M
83–88 cm32.7–34.6 in	36–38	L
88–93 cm34.6–36.6 in	38–40	XL

Band sizes are a guide, not a cup-size fitting system. The right size also depends on the cut of the bra and your bust. Support comes from the individual design; it does not increase with garment size.

04 / A moment to measure

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure over underwear or light layers. Stand naturally and keep the tape level, close to your body without pulling it tight.

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, without holding your breath.
Hips
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inside leg
Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle bone.

Loving the color and the quality of the material, very lightweight and it follows the shape of your body extremely well, it does not stick to the skin even when it is very hot making you feel fresh :)

Another lovely review from you! 🥹🧡 I'm so happy you love the colour and fit! I wanted our pieces to feel almost weightless, even on hot days, so this really means a lot. Thank you again for all your love and support! 🤎

I love this so much. I wear it to the gym all the time and the colour has really brightened up my gym outfits!

Soft and seamless. Perfect fitting.
