Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, without holding your breath.
Hips
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inside leg
Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle bone.
