Jasmine is one of those rare people who does both.

From the first conversation we had, I knew she wasn't just another fitness influencer. She's an incredible online coach, a dedicated professional, and someone with a genuinely beautiful soul. When I launched STRVNG in January 2026, I reached out to over 100 personal trainers and fitness influencers.

Like many new founders, I quickly learnt how difficult it is to build relationships from scratch.

• Many never replied.
• Some replied only with paid collaboration rates.
• Others accepted gifted products but disappeared without ever creating content.

As a small independent brand, every message represented hope. Every unanswered message was another lesson in how challenging entrepreneurship can be.

Then Jasmine replied.
