These are body-measurement fit ranges, not garment measurements. UK sizes are a starting point; check the style notes below. Inside-leg ranges are retained from our existing guide; individual garment lengths may vary.

02 / Close to you

Sports bras & support tops

Measure around your ribcage directly beneath your bust, with the tape level and comfortably snug. Use your bust measurement above alongside this underbust guide.

Underbust	Recommended Band	Alpha Size
68–73 cm26.8–28.7 in	30–32	XS
73–78 cm28.7–30.7 in	32–34	S
78–83 cm30.7–32.7 in	34–36	M
83–88 cm32.7–34.6 in	36–38	L
88–93 cm34.6–36.6 in	38–40	XL

Band sizes are a guide, not a cup-size fitting system. The right size also depends on the cut of the bra and your bust. Support comes from the individual design; it does not increase with garment size.

04 / A moment to measure

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure over underwear or light layers. Stand naturally and keep the tape level, close to your body without pulling it tight.

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, without holding your breath.
Hips
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inside leg
Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle bone.
